Does Nipple Play Cause Any Risks For Boys? Either With Hormones, Or Anything Else?

Quick answer – no, it doesn’t cause any risks.

Slightly longer answer -  there are no risks for boys and men if they play with their own nipples, or if a partner plays with their nipples.

The only “risk” is that they might be surprised they like it! While we often associate breast and nipples with women, people of all genders can enjoy nipple play.
