Is It Ok To Suck

While this may look like a really cut and dry answer, there may be a lot of layers to this that I want to address.

If someone is 18 then they are old enough to make a decision about sexual activity in every state in the US.

But that’s assuming a lot of things.

It assumes that he is of the right mind to understand what he is saying yes to. Meaning that there's no mental issue going on that would make it difficult for him to understand what he's consenting to.

If he's under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, depending on the state he's in, may not be able to give consent.

And if there’s a power dynamic where you hold power over him, then consent may not really be consent.

That's all just looking at him. If he is capable of making decisions for himself mentally, if he's not under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, and if you are not in a position of power over him at something like work or school then legally it's okay.

But there is the issue that I don't know how old you are. If you are under 18 then you can't give consent to suck his cock. Now that's true for most states. In some states if you're under 18 and you're close enough in age to him, it may be a Romeo and Juliet law situation. I’m not going to go into detail about that here. If you're under 18, then it may not be okay from a legal perspective.

I am a little curious about why you're asking for permission. Is there something else outside of his age that would make you think it wasn't? I'm wondering if there's a very large age gap involved, where you're both over 18. Legally there's nothing wrong with that, but it may be frowned on culturally.

And if there is a very large age difference, he may not be comfortable with it. He may like receiving oral sex in general. But he  may not like it from a significantly older person.

Because there’s a difference between “is this okay” and “am I comfortable with this.”

From a legal standpoint it may be okay. But if there's something else going on I can't be the person who either gives you permission or tells you not to do it.
