I Had A Silicone Sex Toy Lodged In Me For Months… I Popped It Out But Since I Have Been Struggling

This is actually the full question that was submitted:

I had a silicone sex toy lodged in me for months. It was an add-on piece to penis. Anyhow, I noticed for months I had smell. It was about four months later that I went to use a bidet sprayer. It was so forceful water went everywhere. Needless to say I felt something. I stuck my fingers in the vagina and out pop this. I made an appointment with my gynecologist explain the situation she gave me a Pap smear and said I’m fine nothing was wrong, but since and I have been, struggling, I swear I saw very tiny and warm like on top of my vagina. She gave me numerous of test and said everything‘s fine could be wrong.

I’m glad you got the piece out! But honestly, I’m concerned about how long it was in there.

When objects get lodged inside the vagina it can lead to things like tears and infections.

For those of you who are engaging in anal play, there are similar concerns. But the issue with things getting lodged in the anus is that it can actually move up into the rectum, and even further into the body. It can move so far up that surgery is required. I’m glad your gynecologist did a pap smear, I’m hoping/guessing that they also did a regular pelvic exam to check for infections and just to make sure everything looked okay.

Now that some time has passed, are you feeling any pain at all? Especially during sex play?

Any itching? Any smell coming from your vagina that’s new for you? Those can both be signs of an infection.

If it’s still feeling warm that can be a sign of an issue, possibly some tearing from the sex toy. If it’s still happening I would encourage you to go back to your gynecologist and tell them what’s going on. And tell them about any other symptoms you’re having.

For future sex toy play, always check when you’re done to make sure everything came out. If something is stuck in your vagina you can use your fingers to try and pull it out. If it’s not coming out easily, you might want to squat down and try it that way.

If you still can’t get it out, definitely go see a health care provider.

If you’re going to use a sex toy for anal play, use something that has a flared base. That will stop the toy from going all the way into the rectum and getting lodged there. You can also use a sex toy that has a string so that it can be pulled out. That should also help prevent it from getting lodged and having to go to a health care provider.

Until next time, be safe and have fun!
